  • First, take a protein bar, you can make your own or use a store bought one.
  • Crush it with a spoon or a large knife and place into a bowl.
  • Then you can use a variety of ingredients to jazz it up. For example, you can use dried fruits and nuts, or marshmallows and chocolate pieces.
  • Then top it off with more yummy stuff – whipped cream, chocolate fudge, caramel sauce, strawberry jam and finish off with some sprinkles and a cherry on top!
